Combat 2 is a remake of NSR's first official production, Combat 3d (which itself was a sequel to Space Combat, which we'd rather not discuss). After all of your allies' stereotypical ships were destroyed, you're left alone in the void of space as the only friendly force between your home planet and a massive fleet of enemy robotic drone fighters. Armed with gattling cannons, deflector shields, and a warp drive, you're the only hope for your nondescript world.
