Let's start with what Not So Random is not.
What Not So Random is, however, is a concept that comes in two parts. First and foremost is the community we maintain. You may have noticed that Not So Random has a website. You can find out more about it here. The Not So Random website is built on a system called Drupal and serves it's community by offering a space for individuals to publish their own content. A member of the site can start a webcomic, blog, news service, video series or anything else that he or she can think of. A Not So Random member may effectively build their own community within ours, and communities that feature exceptional content may in turn be featured by us on the front page.
Secondly, Not So Random serves as an outlet for publishing the media that it's creators produce. Between Peter Rimkunas, Sean Edwards and Alex Karantza, Not So Random produces media, research and ideas for the internet. This is as specific as one can get, as the ideas range from Screen Space Distortion to a form of periodical publishing of a novel.
It's our hope that you'll join the community and participate in expanding the horizons of entertainment media.
